David will most likely sign a pre-contract in January and commit to a new club at that point. He's a free agent in June 2025 most seem to forget. Nothing wrong with proving yourself at Lille for a few more months and then finally getting that big move, it'll all be worth it. Would be a pretty solid birthday gift.
