Thank you Birmingham👍
2 more out? 4 or 5 in maybe
not the best buy.
Need a norther defender skillful winger and some one to replace tav he is only sticking around for his big payday end ov season 😮😮
He must have defender ready to announce or Davies would never have been allowed to leave
Clement deserves personal trophy 4 freeing up the wages he has done
Mckenna would do me on a free
Who's coming in?
Pound for pound the worst signing in Rangers history. 7M has already been lost on Ben . All the best Ben ..bye bye . Hopefully has more than enough in his locker to meet the demands in the third tier of English football and wins Birmingham promotion and himself a deal. If we have freed up at least 20k a week of Bens wages that could help fund 2 new faces.
Davies will do well in Brum. His playing style wasn't what Rangers needed. His wages weren't agreed by Clement in the SPFL wage structure. Good luck to the guy.Hope he smashes it in League 1
On paper it was a good signing at the time. But he just wasn't consistent enough and regardless of the difference in quality it is very different playing for Preston and Sheffield United and playing for Rangers. There's a reason he didn't start a single game for Liverpool despite their injury crisis when they signed him. He'll do well in League 1 for them and they are going for promotion. So if they are promoted considering his Championship experience I'm sure they'll want to keep him.
Good luck to Ben at BCFC. I always felt that he was too thinly built for the rough and tumble of Scottish Football, but I'm sure he'll do well back down the road.
League One is his level. Hope he does well.
Brst of luck to the boy But Truth is we should never have signrd him liverpool were laughing. When we came along for him Klopp Didn't want him never played him even when he had no Defenders. But it Highlights hiw Bad our scouting network was or still is? Poor poor judgement by whoever thought he was Goid enough
just hope we can stay fit and healthy
He's very decent defender, jut not the SPL.
Good luck Ben.
I actually rated you😂
For a big guy Davies was too weak for Scottish Football and to be honest i hope we dont see him back and he does well at Birmingham good luck to him 👍
It seems STRANGE Now we loan out Davies as last time he played it was his best game ever for us AND He looked FIT too.
Owen, sadly this is not good enough!! Need a sale not a loan, he will be found out down there (dreadful defender) he will be back a year later stealing a wage
hope he puts in a good word for Scott Wright
Surely with the money Birmingham have they'll be picking up all of his wages and paying a loan fee ?
Wont be missed 👋
best of luck to Ben Davies, it did not work out at Rangers but he is not a bad player,
hopefully we will get in a good replacement.
only loan ffs he will be back in a year once they have watched him all year, suppose its still saved about a mill on his wages alone for the season
It's a good start to getting rid of the players we don't want but there has to be more out the door. I'd love to see the club actually sack cantwell as he has downed tools and refused to even play for the B team, surely that is a breach of contract. I used to think players had personal and professional pride, Hagi is another who should just go but hangs around to pick up a huge salary under false pretences. It will take more than two windows to sort this mess out as I don't see where the finances are coming from, certainly not this board. We need big investment but from where.
C'mon the Rangers, WATP.
Not a bad player just to lightweight for scotish premiership we won’t get our money back lucky to get 1.5 million for him after his loan.
How much are we paying of the wages though that’s my concern.
Good luck to him Owen. He did a job for us. Sometimes a decent job, but too many times not good enough. Hope he does well down there with a style of football that might suit him better.
Thank you. Birmingham 😮
If we can just get rid of Tavernier- we might have a chance.
