  1. Apparently, Doku doesn't track back. People have agendas and spout what other people are saying, he was getting those ground dual stats last season as well. Yes, his final passing and decision-making need improvement but would have that all day long than watch Grealish pass back all game. 30 G/A though is asking a bit much, Jeez. 20 maybe.

  2. Lewis blocked Neto from scoring, had Walker been there, Neto scores. Very impressed with Lewis, he's running all over the pitch for the full 90 minutes. What a player

  3. You are a very fair man Jonny, I cannot disagree with your comments because the reasons you give sound spot on when talking about the type of game each player is there for! Don't worry guys, Doku is so young, he has plenty of time to learn and you can bet Pepperoni will be onto him with advice and coaching technique specific to him! Very pleased with Kovacic who seems to finally be settling in to City and I think there are more goals in him going forward! Haaland is Typical Haaland, I will be pleased to see 40 – 50 goals from him this season and golden boot for a 3rd time – and new stat for City fans to munch on! Savinho needs time to experience the full City push, but you can bet he is going to be a real winner alongside his new teammates to bring us 5 in a row! BTW: Next time someone mentions 115, I will say yes, goals for Haaland!

  4. Was it a case of first game of the season blues? Very excited by savinho, he looks the real deal. Re doku, it’s make or break this season for him, I hope he gets his end product right as you can see he works hard and he cares, I just get the feeling he’s indecisive and is almost scared of getting it right. Thought Bernardo was class and I’m glad all the transfer talk about him has stopped, he should be the captain in my opinion.

  5. Akjani seems shaky to me,Doku needs to be coached, his decision making is raw, passing… Is concerning but he is still young yet should know that Jack is there and others will play if he doesn't pull up his socks

  6. Doku was amazing yesterday he just needs to work on his chemistry with haaland if he wants to replace grealish jack always knew when to pass to him doku doesn’t yet but he definitely can become a great winger

  7. Doku just turned 22 guys, he will improve. If he was like this in his mid to late 20s, then its a huge issue. I really feel like by 25, we will have a truly world class winger.

  8. You want players of the caliber of Doku and Savinho to in the end critisize… common on … your comment are failing in nuance and intangibles the players bring to a team. I disagree with your critic and rating of 7 each for both players. Tactically City's game was a master class. City forced error Miresca's tactical game plan.. eg.see where they had Enzo playing.
