Simon Jordan,
All that money put into Crystal Palace & not even a skid mark to show for it, what planet were you on when purchasing the players for your team.
Surly that makes you a βBANG AVERAGEβ club owner.
Your about as much use at punditry as your Mrs is at hosting political debates on tv with her funny accent π«π«π«
Give him the Manchester United Job
Maybe youβll shut up now and get on winning the next World Cup. You must be Favourites.
I keep reading and hearing that Southgate "united the nation". Not so, I think he was divisive. The Pundits and Newspapers think he was a great communicator and brought the team together. The fans think he was tactically naive and was always defensively minded.
Man Utd did want Southgate a while back and that would have been a disaster. I doubt very much if any Premiership club outside the top 12 at this moment in time would want anything to do with him.

Quite right Simon.
He's not even good enough for the Championship
Southgate achieved nothing but scraping past teams we should have thrashed and losing against everyone decent.
He be prefect for Manchester utd
God jordan loves a waffle . so boringπ
I'm Scottish. …and no wonder Southgate resigned …..Jordan a muppet ….from football to boxing ….silver spoon fed tosser that was clearly last selected at football in playground. ….lost twice kn a final of euros ….an absolute disgrace Jordan and hope Gareth calls you and the other fool that's so good regards tactics he's sat on radio ….white also a muppet that's pro stance towards BILE is well known …..ashamed he's Scottish
βGo upstairs to do what?β ππ
Can i just say the lionesses are coached by a dutch girl who has been to two world cup finals and won a European title so the idea that we cant have a foreigner is utter bullshit
Something I've known for years mate, you're a bit slow jumping on the bandwagon.
Heard Southgate's opening a ski jump facility. For the design he's using nature as his inspiration. He gets up, looks in the mirror and then turns his head in, like in a mugshot.
Well said SJ
The problem with English football is the stockholm syndrome decision makers that refuse to demand more. Can anyone actually name an out and out creative England side. And dont say the golden generation or the 66 boys
It would be true if England was England but itβs not anymore
Southgate is rubbish ,couldn't manage a 5 a side under 10s ,sayonara to the fool and I'm irish ,wish potter well when it's confirmed π
Southgate has never beaten a proper team.
He loses every time he faces top 10 opposition.
Won nothing never will
GS
Simon Jordan who couldn't run Crystal Palace.
No he would be terrible as Premiership manager or at any club he was suited as a international manager and he did the best since Alf Ramsey and well done for getting us to two finals and a world Cup semi final well done for doing that but no premiership club in there right mind should employ him he would be a disaster that why the FA Should be looking at Steven Gerald and Frank Lampard they would be ideal manager and assistant manager but it would be laughable for those two to get top Premiership jobs after the England job we've always thought the best club managers would be able to win us a cup but as usual they all fell short so rubbish managers they are and I don't mean it in a bad way coz I really do like them both but like Gareth useless at club level I remember him at Middlesbrough shockingly bad id rather watch paint dry but the two I have just mansion are both attacking men unlike Gareth Southgate a very defensive manager
what a bunch of ***** for these comments
england should have a english if the english is competent if not get a foreigner and stop think brits have moral superiority
We need a foreign coach. I have watched 40 years of tournament defensive football were they have to play name and the only tactics is hoof it up the pitch and no dribbling or attacking allowed. Portugal suffer with playing g "names" but they can pass the ball. We finished 23rd ranked in Euro 24 by BBC analysis. 23rd!
Honestly. The stick he gets you'd think he was the worst england manager of all time. Im 32 and this is the most successful and best ive ever seen england. He has the second best record as england manager of all time but "ANYONE COULD ACHIEVE THAT WITH THAT GROUP OF PLAYERS" yeh ok then. Genuinly lost for words. I wasn't a fan of the negative football and the mistake he made in Euro 2020 either, but give him credit where credit is due, he picked us up from our lowest point as a nation after Euro 2016. Jesus Christ
You guys still talking about this game …England wasn't good enough not even Klopp can help them cuz they can play the beautiful game…In the last ten years have you ever see an English man win the EPL….
SEMIFINALS and FINALS in ENGLAND'S HISTORY:
Alf Ramsey- 1966 WC Winners, 1968 EURO Semifinal
Bobby Robson- 1990 WC Semifinal
Gareth Southgate: 2018 WC Semifinal, 2021 EURO Final, 2024 EURO Final
So, out of 6 biggest results in England's history, he has 3. He accomplished his 3 in 6 years. 50 years before Southgate, England had 1 WC Semifinal. 50 years. In the last 40 years of playing big tournaments, England beat Germany 2 times, and Argentina once. Those are victories against crem de la creme teams in the last 40 years. 2 of them came in the Group stage. Who tf you think you are? Lmao
Simon needs to pick the new manager
Didn't they say that Southgate was perfect for United?
