  1. Interesting to find that all Pundits concur on Diaz being a filthy cheat. Schar did nothing violent and his punishment should be rescinded while Diaz is given an extended ban for his pathetic acting. Southampton should be ashamed. As was noted during the discussion "that would not be called a head-butt in Glasgow".

  2. Well Diaz got his just reward… definitely angered the Geordies and as such they lifted their game to win the match… So effectively he cost his team a potential win as Southhampton were on top of Newcastle..

  3. Don't get a hard on your offside and for me only 3 inches in it that will take some doing var refs premier league your mad in your suits and 100- 000 a week get football back!!๐Ÿ˜ข๐Ÿ˜ข๐Ÿ˜ข๐Ÿ˜ข

  4. If the red card was for violent conduct, how is what Schรคr did more violent than what Brereton did after play had had already been halted? If that warrants a red card, Schรคr should have been allowed two minutes before leaving the pitch to teach the diving cheat what violent conduct really looks like.

  5. Diaz should be charged by the FA with bringing the game into disrepute and given a 3 game ban. There's no place for theatrics like that in the modern game with all the tv cameras and var.

  6. its clear Brereton Diaz isn't good enough to be in the Premier League and has to resort to these tactics to give himself half a chance. The 'headbutt' obviously did affect him though as he missed a sitter with his head later in the match ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚ absolute weapon

  7. The play has stopped, schar goes to get the ball and diaz goes through him – how is that not violent conduct? Was far more dangerous and aggressive than what schar did ๐Ÿคทโ€โ™‚๏ธ

  8. The premier league is absolutely huge. it's watched all over the world. millions of children watching it, hoping to be playing in it one day, and this incident teaches them that its OK to cheat ๐Ÿ˜ข
