Trent Alexander Arnold not being picked in the England squad is a big mistake Gareth southgate has made and trent is a type of player that could be absolutely crucial for this England squad, his defensive abilities may be questioned at times, but if you look at his link up play down the right hand side him going forward and the impact he can have in an instant is something you cannot deny, the numbers speak for themselves, as a right back the assists he has as a liverpool player is absolutely bonkers, I'm not saying southgate needs to start him every game if he got picked in the squad, but the impact he has as a right back going forward is something he might miss in a certain game depending on how the game is playing out, mark my words, southgate is going to come to regret this decision
Both have been good and consistent for England though they just recovered from injuries but Southgate trust them enough
