Russ gives a better chance to be a playoff team. But superbowls are supposed to be a teams goal. Mediocre wont get you there in the same conference as mahomes. If fields can be the guy he could at least go toe to toe w lamar and burrow. Dont think russ can
Every bad position the broncos were in last year were because of Russ, hehad a few magical play to come back from his f ups but even that chiefs game we won..shoulda won by 21 but he's fuggin fumblina..so glad he's gone and I'd be more stoked for Fields
This is all about how Wilson can take Smiths lead and almost “humble” himself and just let the game come to him. Smith will use Pickens very well and get Wilson many crossers, daggers, deep middle comebacks and easy “layups”. Russ just has to play within the pocket and read 1 to 2 to 3/ checkdown. Wilson makes Pittsburgh much more better than Fields. Yourself and Dan are right about Fields. He’s very up and down and the game is fast for him. He can and will break off some explosive gains but, it will be very inconsistent
