I am joining from DC. Full disclosure: I am in my late 30s and I have been a fan of the Argentina since I was 5. I have been watching the team since I was 5.
Now, I have 2 questions for you:
1. Why did not you address the incident that happened with the Argentina squad as they were singing that song towards the Black French players?
2. Why do you think we are in 2024 and the Argentina team still doesn’t have a Black player?

Di Maria the most humble player, does all he's talking on the pitch through he's performances.If Di Maria played in the 2014 world cup final Argentina most likely would have won it. Di Maria genius , intelligent one time generational player!!!!!
Terrible! With Mascherano at the helm it's a perfect recipe for disaster. Argentina won't cross the group stage. Especially, the defense looks horrible.
The team that played the later part of the game should be the starting line up going forward, otherwise Argentina can't win the remaining group matches this Olympics. The substitutions brought the much needed energy and positivity to the team which was totally disconnected through the first 60 mins.
Would Argentina have won the 2014 World Cup, had Di Maria been healthy? A question for the ages, but I'm glad he managed to be healthy enough to play in the 2021 and 2024 Copa finals and the 2022 World Cup final.
