Hi Charles..regarding Timbers position in the side/squad this coming season, I think he has all the attributes to be moulded into our long term fix for the number 6 holding midfielder.
He could be phenomenal in this role. He reminds me of a tougher, quicker Jorginho. With Jorgi and Partey coming to the end of their careers, does it not make sense to have a look at Timber in this role long term ?

If we don't get the signings that the club want in this window, this might be the year for a few of the young players to step up. Other teams have done well by giving the young players the chance. MA needs to make this the season he does good rotation, limiting injuries and tiredness to the starting eleven, and the young players can help with this by coming on at 70-75 minutes. Those going on the pre-season tour could be an indication of what's to come.
I hope your son’s ankle heals up soon Charles. Some things are more important than football.
Do you think there’s anything going on in the background with either Bruno G or Isak? Both players seem to have gone very quiet recently with moves away in comparison to a month ago. Personally both fit the bill for me and would love to see either of them at AFC… unsure how Jorginho would feel mind you

Hi Charles. How much rope do you think Arteta has? Do we have to win some sort of silverware this year? Does Arteta keep his job if we don't break through and win the PL in the next couple of seasons? What if we don't manage to win the PL and instead slip down from finishing 2nd to 3rd or 4th? What if we don't win any silverware in the next 2 or 3 seasons? What if Chelsea actually gets their act together, along with Tottenham, Liverpool and Man United too, and we end up finishing 5th or 6th? Does he continue to keep his job? Where do you think the line for him is in terms of PL finishes, lack of silverware and years? Don't get me wrong, I love him and think he's the perfect coach for our team and in NO WAY am I advocating sacking him for the foreseeable future. I'm just curious where you think the line for Arteta is.

With Timber: I think he‘ll start the pre season games as RCB down to the fact, that Saliba, Gabriel and Tomiyasu aren‘t on the tour.
At the begining of the season he probably will be the LB, because Tomi is injured and Calafiori will be eased in.
His flexibility will be so important for us this season!

Hey Charles, Who do you think is our Nico Williams alternative….Neto or Sane , Raphinha could be fantastic, but if you look at like to like alternative it could be Rashford . Also would you take a chance at Osimhen if he's available for 80m ? Or wait for Isak and Sesko next summer ?
