Fire Roberto Martinez. Portugal will never win anything doing the same strategy of running down the wing to get a cross in with 1-2 players standing next to 4-5 defenders and a goalie hoping to win a header and score. They refuse to go down the middle by using open space and dribble the ball. They are slow and predictable on the attack, unable to score against much lesser teams.
