The sequence clearly shows that it was Lloris's head that impacted Lukaku's knee– Lukaku was doing nothing wrong, he was running in the penalty area before Lloris had so much as touched the ball. Lloris ran into Lukaku, not vica versa. And Lukaku wasn't faking anything, he had to be removed from game because of the impact to his knee. Both players were going for the ball, as they had a right to.
