So to save money we’re getting rid of Wilder and getting someone new in to manage both us and Beerschot? Sounds about right that 🤪

    Is it even possible?

So Mister Baki, how would you like to have to jet back and forth between Antwerp and Sheffield three or four times a week?

Mr. Baki: You must think I’m an twerp. Sod off.

Edit: He’s not even a footie manager. He’s some businessman.

  3. He’s one of the Prince’s guys, like Giansiracusa, has been around ever since the Prince came in.

Director of football surely. Manager of football isn’t a thing.

  5. For everyone’s benefit here:

He’s not a football manager. His Wikipedia refers to him as a Businessman.

He’s tight with the Prince. He’s the one who made the friendly with Fenerbahce happen in 2014. And he was on the board of Blades Leisure Ltd, and also was our “International Footbal Co-Ordinator” for a little while. Basically, he was brought in as an aide of sorts, to try and help the Prince expand the SUFC brand globally when HRH first came in.

At best, he’d be coming in as some sort of director, perhaps to work alongside the prospective new owners. But that’d be as far as it goes.

Here’s his Wiki entry for anyone interested. It is really short as Wikipedia pages go.
