Arsenal complete £27m transfer for Leandro Trossard - European Football

Arsenal have completed the £27m signing of Leandro Trossard from Brighton & Hove Albion. The deal consists of £20m upfront deal with £7m in add-ons. He’s signed on a four-and-a-half-year deal.

I was really hoping my club (Tottenham Hotspur) would've bought Trossard, but of course that was wishful thinking, lol. This is a good singing for the other side 😭

If I were Arteta, now I'd focus on getting Zaniolo and Milinkovic Savic on loans, since both of them seem to be leaving their clubs and they both play in positions Arsenal need to strengthen.

Spurs such CHEAPSKATE they only offered £12m no wonder they lose out on players. They lost on Luis Diaz, Willian & Joao Moutinho and many more bcoz they don’t make correct offers or act too late on transfers.

So relieved that Arsenal are getting reinforcements. The amount of times they were going well under Arsene Wenger and he bought no one in January then Arsenal fell away in March was so frustrating. With that Polish defender coming in, the bench will look so much stronger. One more midfielder would make it a perfect window. Lonkonga isn't good enough yet. I know they apparently want Declan Rice in the summer but an experienced midfielder just in case Partey gets injured would be welcome. If Arsenal can beat Man Utd on Sunday and not lose to City in a few weeks then maybe the title is possible with Jesus coming back in March. Jesus will be like a new signing. A run in the Europa League would be good as well.

This seems a very very good signing. On some days, switch Martinelli to strike bring Trossard on and you have a very very good attack
