Any watching Kane can see he's not remotely fit, he's never keeping up with play, no threat behind at all, makes it so easy for the oppostion to press up. He should be dropped, Watkins and Toney offer far more.

Kane needs to be told he's getting 60 minutes and to leave it all out there on the pitch. Gordon and Palmer, left and right respectively. Foden in the 10, Bellingham on the bench. Bellingham can come on champing at the bit on the 60th with whoever else. Timely, well-managed substitutions. Gareth Southgate is trolling the nation at the moment.
