The most underwhelming team: England. Only 2 goals scored with the squad they have is unacceptable. They looked more lost than runner-ups for this award, Belgium. They’re really lucky they finished 1st.

Nice video, but Spain is better than Germany imo because Germany couldn't win against Switzerland and if they didn't score a last minute goal they would be 2nd, but Spain had won it's last match with their bench players even they would be 1st if they lost.

France not even the most underachieved? Absolutely the top favorites and they have scored ZERO open field goals. One penalty and one own goal. Thats just as bad as your nr1 England. EXCEPT THEY DIDNT EVEN SCORE THE GOALS THEMSELF
