Macca is better further forward, Endo and another new DM as the double pivot with Macca ahead of them. Endo and Macca is not solid enough to win the league imo.
Would honestly take Ngolo Kante + a young DM to learn. I’ve always loved Ngolo, and I can see him still playing at an elite level for years to come despite his age. I really hope Liverpool implements a transfer strategy of buying experienced players with a mix of youth rather than just buying youth. Real Madrid have the perfect balance of experience and youth for example. I think we should do the same. Even someone like Valverde would be amazing if we could. There are a number of other older experienced players who are at the end of their contracts and can leave for free this transfer window. 😊
Guys what position do we need to improve on the most? I think that we are fine in attack and midfield. But defensively we need to improve. Both center backs need to be quicker to mark their man and clear all aerial attempts on goal. Maybe a new CB could be useful, maybe we look for someone with experience and who has the Game IQ to help strengthen our defense? Then we come to the topic of Trent. Will he leave? I hope not but it’s looking likely to happen. Look I don’t think we’ll need a new RB if this happens. Conor Bradley proved his potential in a couple of games, and I think he deserves the start of Trent departs.
