Also did you get invasalign? Yeah they are uncomfortable the first few days but you get used to them for a while. I'm going 3 months now and the results are showing. I think in a year's time I can have them only on night.
Also just fyi 22 hours is just recommendation. I know some people that would wear it only 18-20 hours and still got the same results
