If Eddie Nketiah starts 15 Straight games he will score goals, strikers are scarce commodities especially one that can actually score you abt 15 goals per season, If Joao Pedro, Solanke, Brewster, Richarlison etc. cost that much I don’t see why Nketiah isn’t worth £50mil playing for a club in the Champions League. How much did Chelsea pay for Jackson? Nketiah would have scored more if given the opportunity that Jackson Had.

You are only worth what someone is willing to pay for you. It is irrelevant what Robbie or Arsenal might think Nketiah is worth. If someone is willing to pay £50m for Nketiah, that is what he is worth to them. If no one pays that price, it means he is not worth it.
I believe the English player tax, PL readiness, youth and potential makes £50m a realistic ask. Whether Arsenal gets this will depend on the buyers' assessment of worth. Thankfully, not Robbie's assessment 😢
