  1. I don't think the players should be fined at all. As far as you explained here it's umpires fault that he didn't follow the rules. Umpires have the chance to refuse the ref. And umpires get away with many bad decisions lately. They should be the ones that should be fined.

  2. First, there were not 4 main actors. The bowler is not even involved directly. But, there may be more than 4 actors as there may be two or more people gesturing from the dressing room. Second, the main question would be if there was gesture from the dressing room. Why is that not being discussed ? I am no Bangladesh supporter but I just feel that should be biggest thing. Was there gesturing going on from the dressing room ? The rule does not say you cannot look towards the dressing room. You may look hopelessly thinking maybe there is no one after me and I may as well take DRS. It is simple if it was evident folks were gesturing and they saw it and decided, then punish it. Also, punish the umpire for allowing at 0 seconds. But what does 0 mean ? Does 0 mean 0 second and 500 milliseconds or 0 mean 0 seconds and 000 milliseconds. If it is the former, umpire may not be wrong.

I am pedantic about rules being followed. I don’t care about who is the team.

  3. Ban the Umpire, two Bangla batters, player who assisted from dressing room. And why Nepal bowler?
Bangla has been getting away on numerous occasion. They are worst behaved side and they must b severely put in place.

  4. It is the 4th umpire's job to confirm the timing of taking review. If it was beyond 15 seconds, he could have rejected the review by confirming it to the on field umpire. None is at fault on the field. Leave it alone mu friend. Not a big issue
