      yuh know… we sat down here and blasted xavi…every one of us. and now that he has departed, we are saying we didnt like the way he was treated. the math is not mathsing. if we were on the board and looked at this season, he had to go. he lost both clasicos and got hammered from madrid in a final. we lost twice to girona and lost to psg in champion league after being up via aggregate score plus we were losing badly in the league and the only thing that xavi could have done was to say he was resigning as a ploy to lift the team's level. xavi is not only a legend of barca but a legend of football itself. To coach barca is a tough job. He gave it his best and in a way he could hone his skills now and maybe come back in the future, heck van gaal came back so who is xavi. But now we have flick, a coach with credentials. we all wanted a change because we were fed up of second place and losing. Lets give this new coach a chance and see because next season i want us to destroy every single team in our path. no mercy.

      There's an All or Nothing series on Prime of Flick's World Cup campaign with Germany. Although it didn't go well for Germany it gives some great insight into the kind of person Flick is, i highly recommend it to anyone.

      People like Araujo, De Jong and Lewandowski have to earn their place. I want to Lewandowski taken off when he's having a bad game.

      The thing I have noticed over the years is how easily our players are getting injured and their recovery period. There must be something wrong in the medical team, looking at the injuries season after season. I hope so Hansi take this seriously otherwise there will be really hard for a new coming coach without much signings due to FFP. Further we don't have any answer if we are pressed highly by the other team, this was a concern for many coaches i have seen after pep. Hopefully flick has a better plan for that.

      Sergio Roberto has been helpful in the second half of the season, I am not sure about renewing him though, especially since the club is having financial issues.

      The first time barca is having a proper coach since after Luis Enrique. That does not mean he will succeed but at least the coaching process will be more professional and less emotional/sentimental.
