Joe Gomez should start at LB if Shaw isnt available. He's played there multiple times for liverpool this season and hes been very reliable. People say that we're are short on cb options, we're not. Quansah has been brilliant for liverpool this season and Brainthwaite has been great and so has Guehi. Lewis Dunk is nowhere near good enough. And I dont want to hear this tomori d-riding because people dont watch the italian league, whoever watches serie a will know tomori is awful. I think Quansah should start next to Stones at cb, the composure he shows at a young age is remarkable.

Its one of the most talented squads yet they won't win a tournament as they have a manager who refuses to let them loose and give them the attacking freedom.
Best England manager. He’s managed to look past loyalties to pick the best squad for the tournament. It’s a difficult job to decide who is best but hopefully he gets it right.
Personally, I think our performance against Belgium was the strongest I’ve ever seen in my 30 years watching them. Would be foolish not to start Mainoo and Rice with Bellingham in front for the midfield 3.

If he leaves England, I'd like to see Southgate manage a club and keep them consistently in the top of the PL and just have a long-term project where he can develop players and keep a club sustainably in the PL. Believe he has a lot to offer and hope he doesn't walk away from management.
