Without a doubt Gallagherās 1 off the reasonās Poch left he plays the football Poch needs but it hold us back as a team using that type of player as anything but a squad player. I wish people would stop saying that Maresca is looking for xyz player! We all know through multiple sources Maresca IS NOT in control of player signings therefore it IS NOT him that is looking for players IT IS the sporting directors that are looking and all I can hope is they get it right for his requirements!

if thereās one thing we need to remember: joe shields and these sporting directors have actually done well with talent id of players. if they believe jorgensen is good enough for marescas system ill believe in it.
Also we need very good CBs that can implement this style of play. Any mistake from CBs will lead to a goal because the GK will mostly be out of his goal line when we have the ball. I canāt trust Badiashile to play out of the back, his so shaky when under pressure. Fofana is injury prone and chalobah is getting sold.
everyone saying diogo costa just because he is expensive and not because they watch him play… he is not good when put under pressure! but as long as it isn't a popular online opinion im sure majority would disagree with me. lol.. we still act like a bunch spoilt kids sometimes.. im trusting the board to make the best decisions posible in the market.
