If any of you have actually done your research in Maresca, you'd see he's been extremely successful wherever hes been! Lets not forget, everyone has to start somewhere! At one point, Mourinho or hell even pep were considered "not proven". Maresca is a tactician, he has studied pep, long before working with him, but from playing against his Barca side. All candidates are supposedly deemed "not fit" by the majority of Chelsea fans… But in my honest opinion, Maresca ticks a lot of boxes, He's a coach, not manager, hes young, hes level headed, hes a tactician, hes possession based, and what I think works in his favour is that hes an admirer of Pep. I'm optimistic about him. He was once linked with Celtic 3 years ago and his fans said the same "hes not proven, we need a proper manager" then Leicester fans said the exact same thing… now fast forward to now, he's wanted by all Leicester fans to stay. This guy COULD be unsuccessful, but who are we as fans to deem that right from the get go? Maybe I'm too optimistic, but I like the guy, and I say before you knock him, do your research
