  1. It is absolutely absurd how such a small country can produce so much talent. I don't think Portugal gets enough credit for this. the only reason the Portuguese league isn't at least in the top 3 leagues is because their clubs can't compete financially with teams from other countries, so they can never maintain their best players or even managers. But even beyond the Portuguese talent, teams like Benfica Porto and Sporting have been like the main talent hub of Europe these past few years, the best premier league teams are constantly recruiting players from there and even now there are several players from those 3 teams that every single elite club would love to have.

  2. Portugal are all class, great game from Mikey Moore again, to those who tear apart the performance of these young players a big thumbs down, they are learning their craft and I for one do not expect that they will not be fantastic in every part of the game at this stage in their careers.

  3. For 17 year, Portugal GK was so mature. He clear very well and have better position. But as always Portugal Team have a fantastic raw talent even though they dont have good system gameplay. Keep it up

  4. Hard to tell these days which team is England, especially when they turn out in one of the many crappy second kits.

  5. England defence all over the place ,Everytime England had the ball their defence squeezed the attack as a unit ,they get the ball lots of spaces to run into

  6. The English still don't value good defence. The glory is in scoring ! But when goals failed to come by and their average defence lets in goals, they lose. There's a reason why England, one of the big football country in Europe havent won any World Cup or Euro Cup at the senior level since 1966. Physical-ness is just one aspect of winning football. Portugal, a small country with smaller stature players produces players with excellent ball technique, precision passing with great ball awareness and vision. They won the Euro Nation Cup , England still got none!……while EPL is the greatest League in the world. Go figure!

  7. not even playing in the pro leagues but blud already used all of his emote collections. also loved to see that england is maintaining their genetics of having an overrated wonderkids that eventually turned pro with a ridiculous price tag, just to qualify for group stages in cups and even european competition just to flop. and this fantastic cycle continues..

  8. I'm 54 years old and no longer involved in football but I played organised football up to the age of 30. I then coached teams from under 7's to mens level. Several players I coached had trials with professional clubs in the London area where I live and two became professionals. England lost this game for the same reason England teams have traditionally lost these types of games. Players are to busy 'maintaining a team shape' and not tracking midfield runners from early enough. If a good player gets a five metre headstart on you on in the last or middle third of the pitch it is almost impossible to make that up. The Portugal players constantly made runs from deep into the England penalty area because the England players showed they didn't want to do the work required to stay with the midfield runners. I've seen hundreds of training sessions at Premier League clubs where no defensive responsibility is placed on central midfield players. They are 'the ball players'. I used to say to my teams 'The midfield is the heart of the team. The central midfielders are the heart of the midfield. If the central midfielders don't dominate their opposite numbers 'we will lose'.

  9. England seem to lack diggers in.? They seem to be less and less apparent in the game in general. It is great to see technicians getting more protection than in the past but I like the rougher side of the game, the Hendersons, the Nicky Butts, the players who put in their foot but who also dig in and make it tough for the oppo. Less and less see teams really battling it out. It's true teams now are more adept at countering than before but I like to see the venom rise when a team goes behind and the shots we saw of players after conceding were all a bit lost. Didnt see anyone rallying the troops . No Conor Gallagher, who may lack a little finesse now and then but who you know is not going to take going behind gracefully.

  10. Rodrigo Mora plays like Lionel Messi.. His football style , ball controlling , shooting and passing remind me of Lionel Messi. I hope one day this young man can play for Portugal senior team and rock the world like a superstar Cristiano Ronaldo.
