I don't see Liverpool spending over 50m on one player this summer, they'll be looking 30-35 tops per player i think. We know the way they work
idid mention him yesterday in the chat and happy because hes quality
50mil is a hefty price tag for a player we wouldn't have on our radar if it wasn't for Slot's appointment. If Juve have the chance to monitor him all season in serie a and don't believe he's worth that amount, thats a bit telling.

The general perception among Dutch football pundits is that bringing along fellow Dutchmen or players from former clubs is a liability for Dutch coach new to the Premier League. Slot's already taking quite a few staff with him. I've little doubt Slot will prove himself to be a coach of international caliber, but he still has to prove it and can do without his new signings being questioned. It's also risky for Teun. Players coming from the Dutch Eredivisie seem to do well in the Serie A. Taking a step up in that competition seems much safer route because they can grow steadily rather than take a massive gamble and end up on the bench.
I'd prefer Ederson who plays alongside him. Reminded me of Wijnaldum last night & their centre back Scalvini, only 20 & looks a brilliant player
