I couldn't stand the negativity that set in since the Trap reign and I've been an advocate for Kenny in the sense that I believe we can and should attempt to play attacking football. However it's clear hes failed to do so. This is not attacking football. This is brainless passing for the sake of passing. One of the many bargin basement Guardiola clones, that figured out that the goalkeeper likes to pass short and not much else. It serves no purpose other than providing a high possession percentage at the end of the game, but accomplishes nothing. To be honest as well, the more I hear Kenny speak, the more I cringe that he is my nations manager, besides the fact that he very rarely expresses any negativity about losing performances, he seems very thin skinned, comes across very amateurish and on top of it all he just comes across as incredibly inarticulate, the guy can honestly barely string a sentence together, how is he going to convey any ideas other than pass it from side to side amongst the back five if he cant put two words together? Rite I'm no professional football manager but I can spot a creative player a mile away and I played a lot. I remember watching wes holanhan playing leauge of Ireland years ago first time I seen him I said he should 100 percent be playing in the Irish team in the first 11 he was 27 sadly he didn't get a look in until he was 33 and was Brilliant or most creative player now Daryl horgan when at dundalk and anytime hes been in the irish first team is our most creative player who's already scored goals for Ireland and had few assists in the odd chance hes been giving this man should be in the first 11 every game we need him to be able to open up a pass to our front men it's an absolute joke and seriously bad management hes not in out team it's the wes holanhan story all over again I dont care how hes doing in England sadly in football great players get with teams managers dont suit them irelands best player ever roy Keane was told he wasnt good enough but did get a lucky break and wasnt stuck on a beach not been able to show how good he was.
