I always for POCH, because all the manager Chelsea wanted all rejected CFC then only POCH who took the Job and the subsequent injuries that he had had and now the turnaround of the team and I will not pretend that POCH was perfect but he brought stability and negativities around the team to minimum and if he wanna have a say in the recruitment, then let them find a common ground and agree but no team in the world who give absolutely power to the manager on recruitment. POCH can equally win as the big managers those big managers runaway from Chelsea when things are bad.

For me l changed my mind about Poch especially because l no longer trust our owners somehow, they make mistakes but they want to bail themselves by selling Conor and Chalobah. If this happens,take it to the bank next season we will struggle again with Poch or any other manager they bring on board.

He is a good manager, but not a good coach. Very inconsistent. Good luck to him anyway.

Sacking poch was a good one. But what we do next is key. Reason
1. Fans should ask why we had 20 first team injuries this season.. poch training method.
2. Why we played poor beginning of season… Poch cowardice.. playing 9 defensive players per match.
3.. why we look good recently. . Poch reverse to fans agitation… Play players in natural position. Even the blind saw it before poch.
4. Why we lost top 4,, poch poor game management.. when we are leading. We draw Burnley 10 men, Sheffield, etc.
5. Remove mancity tutored palmer from the team.. we relegate.
6. No single player in Chelsea developed more than there normal ability. I mean none. From colwill, disasi, Badi, cocu, to Jackson, all were basic.
How then do you keep such manager
As Chelsea fans we need a manager who can win trophy 🏆🏆🏆 not winning five games, no pochettino is not a manager who can win any trophy at Chelsea, pochettino must goooooooooooooooooooooooo
