It wasn't because he was subbed off, it was because he fouled someone in the first half and got a yellow, and in the 1st goal he couldnt foul the player and stop the attack because he knew he already had a yellow meaning if he had fouled he would have gotten sent off so he had to not foul and let the attack continue which led to a goal ;-;
