Farke is going to decimate the youth structure at Leeds which will leave the club in the wilderness for years to come. He hasn’t used Joseph who is one of the best 19/20 year olds I’ve seen in that position for a long while and it’s not just me talking like that many professionals in the game at the moment think the same.
This could be the biggest mistake farke trying to sign Sargent, very average player, Farke probably thinks Sargents a Teemo Puki replacement?
I'd take Sargent in either league but I'd still give Joseph pre season to earn his place in the team. I've not watched enough of Norwich to have a good opinion on Sara but every time I've watched him I've not been that impressed. But that's probably only 9-10 games this season.

Absolutely mediocre this Farke character is damaging the club he’s ruined the youth system what happens to us if he fails we have to pick up the pieces and we’re back to square one but 2 or 3 years down the line. Farke is being given far too much power without a safety net for when it goes tits up.

If we get promoted and are only going to buy the better players from the championship it just shows their ambitions about staying in the premier league! We need to be looking for exciting new talent not players on the middle to back end of their careers that still haven’t made it to the top level!

Too injury prone for my liking, I can see why he would fit into the Farke system but I'm not sure if he's good enough for the PL, £20m would also be a pi$$ take.

Spent half the season out injured and hasn’t got back to fitness properly. And still has that goal return….
If we get promoted, Jonas Wind from Wolfsburg will be a great signing. 11G 7A in 31 starts in the Bundesliga this season for a struggling Wolfsburg side. Good at hold up play and likes to drop deep and play the wingers in behind which would be perfect for Cree and Gnonto (if they stick around.) 6’1 so good height, 25yo and will inevitably accept a prem move if offered, Danish international too. Bundesliga strikers also seem to transition well into the premier league (Haaland, Aubameyang, and even the likes of Dzeko, Firmino and arguably Awoniyi.) Transfermarkt have a €20m valuation on him so definitely doable and a no brainer! Sargent won’t cut it in the prem but this guy 100% would
Sargents injury history can’t be ignored, similar to Bamford. There’s an American striker sitting at Coventry City that would look good in white. 😎
Conor, I was just watching the Southampton/WBA match and the aftermath. You're right about their celebrations, the players and fans shot their collective bolts a bit to early. But I think the reason behind that was relief, the Saints didn't have that match secured until the 78th min, they were wrecked at the end. We had our match sorted at 41 mins and we got all important players off long before the end. Also, look at Junior Firpo at the end of the game, he smiles at the camera and says, "…one more to go", no wild celebrations, just confidence in the task ahead and barely breaking sweat!. This match might be easier than we anticipate!
Nobody talks about Rodon. Surely we must be looking into buying him. He’s been a beast for us this season.

Not convinced about Sargent at all. We need to give Piroe and Joseph a chance and I would prefer someone like Smodics at Blackburn or Kiefer Moore
also, across semis, Sargent had 1 big game changing opportunity in each leg. fluffed them both. Also, injury prone. He is Bamford 2.0. getting Sargent isn't learning from mistakes, it's making the same mistake

Sargent isn't a player who should be linked with this club, if Farke considers this a good signing then he could maybe reignite their love in back at Norwich. Joseph is the future, the American links are hopefully a thing of the past, the majority of them are a waste of time.

Why is this story coming out now ahead of Sunday? 🙄 However, if Farke thinks Sargent is the answer should we gain promotion 🙏, I’m not surprised he’s been relegated from the PL so many times. 🙄 Should we gain promotion (god willing 🙏), surely our aspersions have to be higher when replacing Bamford. 🤯
