Darwin has had long enough and missed far to many chances for a striker. The Data clearly shows he is not good enough (backs up what our eyes see) and is out of his level. We have supported him more then most.
He needs to be sold and a proper striker bought.

I really don't get the discourse around Darwin. He has been a nightmare for 2 seasons now, he was not a Michael Edwards signing and the new manager's preferred striker, Santiago jimenez's profile is nothing like Darwin's. If he wants to leave for La Liga, let him. Sell him at a loss if need be
Must admit Darwin drives me to despair but saying that I think there's still a good player there if the rough edges were taken off. Just a word on the state of refereeing and VAR. darwin is a must keep, as much as people think he isn’t good enough he could be our best forward next season. I think salah obviously and jota are better forwards but salah could be going or could have a decline in form then jota will be injured for half the season atleast probably so we could be left with darwin, diaz and gakpo. Of those 3 diaz performs the best but has the worst output of the 3, people will see diaz as more untouchable than darwin and i agree to an extent but at the end of the day output is important especially if u want to win trophies
we do need 2 centre backs ideally, gomez has been great this season at filling in but i see him as a backup left back now that’s all really, i don’t want to see him at centre back and he won’t get a game at right back with trent and bradley existing. We need a top centre back and a rotational centre back and kelly could be that, i do think one of our loanees could take that role like van den berg who’s had a good season abroad but let’s just wait til pre season to see how everyone’s performing and what slot wants
i don’t get why psg would sell simons for that he’s class and still so young. With mbappe leaving aswell you’d think they’d want a top forward replacement and why wouldn’t he be good enough? i also think psg lack creativity after watching them in the UCL this season and he could unlock that

Alot of clubs swimming in debt and owners use these valuation lists as collateral for more debt. The Glazers are the major shareholder at Man U and they still kid themselves that Ratcliffe who is a minority shareholder will stump up the cash for a new stadium. This is like Micheal Knighton and expect him to have a kick out before matches.
Craig I have to ask what made you change your mind on the ammount of time we give Nunez to prove himself? I'm pretty sure in his first season you said you would give him another season as you think two seasons is long enough but now you want to give him a third season. We paid 85 million for the guy he is in his mid 20s he is constantly offside and constantly missing sitters! A club like Liverpool who want to challenge can't afford to keep hoping he does better every year. Two seasons is enough he needs to go! We should go in for Isak from Newcastle that lad can finish.

I think Darwin wants Spain, speaks the language and the weather is great. If Liverpool do sell though he is worth 90 million at least and we shouldn’t short change ourselves. I want Darwin to stay, but I also think we need another goalscorer who has a good fitness record. If Kane wants a premier league return Liverpool would be ideal for him to challenge for the title and he’s just what Liverpool need. Isak would be worth a bid too
