I despair …i could rip this to bits and put MASIVE technical detail into how this Trainer just doesn't get it. Its just groundhog day all i see is trainers…NOT coaches just 23yr old trainers with a sports science degree, been down to St Georges for the weekend and put 50 coaching sessions on in their life .
