Wharton spoke to so many PL clubs before palace and all of them could of got him. I remember Newcastle spoke to him, Man Utd, even Everton if I remember correctly. I know another club will just take him off palace whenever they feel like it cause it always happens with palace, every so often they get a bit of good talent and they get took off them straight away by the so called big 6
It’s also a joke that Haaland, Foden, Saka and Isak are nominated for Young Player despite all of them being senior pros and some nearly 25.
Gordon, Bradley, Elliott and others should’ve been nominated instead. And it’s a joke Mainoo is in there for a couple of good games!
No Rodri is criminal
Rodri can operate anywhere on the football field and look class. In the last game against Wolves he almost operated as a 10 alongside KDB and pulled all the attacking strings. He glides across the pitch effortlessly and is a rock.
He is a monster and anyone with any football knowledge acknowledges it, these awards are nothing but PR contests at this point.
Individual awards are just popularity contests now – Rodri should have won ballon dor last season and wasn’t really even in discussion.

He’s arguably the best player in the world
Players and people that know football know how great Rodri is, in my opinion better than Rice or any other defensive midfielder. Can do everything at a high level and proved it winning the champions league last season.
This is why a marketing team is very important. This not only gets you influential, but also helps you financially.
