Madrid will beat Leverkusen in the UEFA Supercup. They’re good, but not quite Real Madrid. Leverkusens achievements are watered down due to them only playing in the europa league and playing in the Bundesliga which is inferior to La Liga.

As a FC Bayern Fan…im proud of Dortmund and especially Bayer 04 Leverkusen for finally leveling up the prestige of the Bundesliga. What a phenomenal year for these three Clubs. While FC Bayern after 11 Years wont end the year as Bundesliga Champion….being one of the last four in the Champions League is fine with me. They actually ALMOST had Real Madrid….meaning….there isnt much missing to turn this existing Team into a great Team.
Borussia Dortmund made it all the way into the Final…never giving up. Hummels and especially Marco Reus deserve one last great match like this.
And Leverkusen….a freak of nature. Bundesliga champion….DFB Pokal final….and now they can win the first great International Title for a Club that deserves International titles. Let's hope they remain next year as strong as this year. Because….the stronger the competition…the more extreme FC Bayern München reacts in order to return to the top.
