To me, the age parameters for young player of the season is ‘too old’.
“Eligible if aged 23 or younger at the start of the season.”
I prefer what PFA did re age limit for young player award and wish PL would do the same.
“As of 2021, players must have been aged 21 or under as of 1 July immediately preceding the start of the season.”

Rodri being omitted degrades the integrity of these awards. Guy plays nearly every game, has one of the best points records and consistently high match ratings yet doesn’t get a mention.
