Nice article but Beckham was not a Real Madrid Icon, sporting wise after Man United, he was more a fashion icon than anything. He is still a very good player and contributed to a successful campaign but icon is reserved to the few (Casillas, CR7, Raul, Ramos) and it’s definitely because of his activities outside of football.
