Those who gave Mustafa Yusuf that award are equally not serious for thinking that hosting this All African Games warrants the minister to get an award. All the issues that characterized the Games still an award for Mustafa Yusuf, APUUU!
The Sports Ministry should be abolished. It's just another level of bureaucracy providing services that can be provided by the various National Sports Federations such as the GFA for soccer, GBA for boxing. One person ( like the current Sports Minister) can serve as the laison between Government and the different Federations.
