From Jack Grealish, who was busy getting relegated from the Premier League at Aston Villa, to Jude Bellingham, who was just 12 years old and in the Birmingham City youth ranks at the time, HITC Sevens takes a look at where every member of England’s 26-man 2022 FIFA World Cup squad were seven years ago, ahead of their quarter final against France.

It's mind boggling how quickly England went from perennial comic underachiever to likable lads. Is there any manager out there who could take England from very good team to great world power? Otherwise, sacking Southgate would risk falling back to medioccre.
I really hope maguire can take his current form back to united with him. Lovely guy
I like it how you just ignored ramsdales loans because he was shit and kept getting relegated
I still have a huge backlog of your videos to catch up with … but it's cool to see a new video just when it comes out!
The most brutal matches ever in terms of physical altercations and red cards
I like that you posted this video the day that England's World Cup will end against France.
Crazy to think that, when Qatar was awarded the World Cup, Jude Bellingham, Bukayo Saka, Phil Foden and Conner Gallagher were all primary school aged children.
Now, 12 years later, they are all young men and part of a new golden generation playing in the same competition potentially bringing football home.
The problem with England is their media and how much they hype the English players up. 🙄 The English player is one of the most overhyped and overpriced player on the planet. That being said I feel england can pull the upset tomorrow and ko Mbappes France

Wait what?! Lol. Because kids made fun of his son? The dad changed the families name? That’s pretty crazy…
How the fuck was Austria ever in the top 10?
What did they do to deserve that?
was jude even alive back then??

Look at McGuire in this shot. It’s like here’s a bunch of healthy high school or college athletes and he’s on of their pudgy older brother helping out with the equipment. He just looks so old and out of shape and morose compared to everyone else…
Day 1: Requesting 7 Best "What if?" Signings of all time. E.g. Ronaldinho almost signing for united, Lewandowski almost signing for blackburn
How did AUstria made the top 10????
The Irish guy would though
Phil Jones… 😑
"English iconc" "one of the national teams best performers" has everyone just forgotten that Sterling was notoriously bad for England before Euro 2021?
A quick look aha ain't nothing quick about an Alfie video
Whilst it is clear that you are indeed the goat, I may have to press charges if all I hear about Coventry is that we're the same population as Iceland 😂
Alfie i assume you'll be making some sort of video about grant wahl soon?
"Without Freddy Adu" 😂😂😂 every time
When will the football world accept that Croatia are no underdog story
You should do a ranking of World Cup best 11
Always makes me laugh that Small Heath retired Bellingham's number.
Do the "Qatar's 2022 World Cup Squad: Where Were They 7 Years Ago?" next
Technically, Harry Kane isn't a one club man. 😬 He has been loaned out to Leyton Orient, Millwall, Norwich City, and Leicester City.
Another year of England hype to be ended with racial slurs on players instagram
Was expecting him to say JUDE BELLINGHAM, nursery
I miss England being shit.
Wait trippier isn’t still in Tottenham and Kane has replaced Adebayor as spurs attacker for 7 years? Damn! It’s been a long time since I followed football daily.
England all blacks. Can't wait for France to annihilate them they haven't even played a decent team yet. Half of that team is African that wasn't even born in england 🤣.
Peak Joe Hart was so much better than Pickford ever has or will be.
Kane isn't a true "one club man". He's played for 4 other clubs (if you include loan spells away from a parent club).
the problem with using gcse's as a marker for intelligence is that idiots can pass them. so they are irrelevant. no one cares about gcse's apart from footballers.
