It’s certainly not the kind of return Man United’s Mason Mount will have hoped for on his comeback to west London.
Mount, was back on Chelsea turf for the first time since his high-profile summer switch to Old Trafford.
Mason Mount came on in the 86th minute to a chorus of boos, in an unfair treatment by the fans of his former club.
Mason Mount was already receiving some boos and taunts from Chelsea fans when warming up.
Chelsea midfielder Enzo Fernandez, is one player we noticed extra pumped up and full of aggression in last night’s game. In particular, him and Mason Mount were showing no love between each other.
Fernandez can be seen kicking the ball at Mount with the two players going head-to-head, before eventually being separated.
In a video footage shared Fernandez and Mount were involved in a quarrel and Enzo Fernandez could be seen still aggressively arguing on the pitch moments after the full-time whistle.
As Mount walked away, he appeared to yell something in the direction of Enzo Fernandez as tempers began to boil over.
