Dani Alves pleaded guilty to the all3gations levelled against him by a Spanish lady! The Barcelona legend was initially thought to spend more than a decade behind bars, That’s 12 years if found guilty! However his former teammate Neymar had to intervene by providing the 150k which saw the former right back’s sentence reduced to 4 years, instead of the maximum 12. Whilst Neymar had stood in for his fellow country man, Dani, he has come under some sort of backlash for involving himself in this kind of situation; Perhaps on moral grounds! Dani Alves will spend the next 4 years behind bars but he would have spent 12 if Neymar had not intervened with the 150k compensation! This is how you stand in for a friend !
