Man City 1-0 Chelsea Emirates FA Cup Semi Final Key moments saw Nicholas Jackson miss three HUGE chances for Chelsea FC. From the FA Cups Semi final highlights of Man City 1-0 Chelsea, Chelsea’s striker problems have a clear solution in my opinion. In this video, I identify why Nicholas Jackson’s performance vs Man City showed the EXACT striker Chelsea need to try and sign this summer transfer window!

Costa punches in 4 of those chances that Jackson had
Simple….a decent striker and Jackson wide left instead of Mudryk is way better. Mudryk's free kick at the end of the game tells you everything about him
We had broja
George good work than your analysis about Jackson is perfect that is exactly what I noticed about Jackson, and we should quickly go for that striker now
Mudryk should once be played as a striker, in those spaces as Jackson, the run and finish passes of Palmer, He could probably become the Aguero, Poch has no creativity, he can't coordinate 😢
Jackson is a good player….really? No control, can't head a ball, can't finish (remember Forest) just shows how low our expectations have fallen. Squad player at best. Also its Sporting Club (SCP) ffs.
your crazy geaorge
Nice way of saying he was rubbish. However literally any formation should have dominated a very tired and lacklustre City. So you really cant credit Poch for that. What he did get wrong were the subs, yet again. Also he is drab, he is dull, he is boring. Can't even watch a Poch press conference without falling asleep, so how does everyone else communicate with him?
Additionally Jackson is incredibly immature, in a way that may never change.
I sincerely don't agree that viktor Gyokeres is the solution. He plays against defenders that can't even play in the championship. Haven't we seen haaland's second season and how the defenders in the premier league have marked him out. We need a striker clinical as osimhen and yet dogged infront of defenders.
I wanted to get your thoughts on this. Since Jackson is not a proper #9, why don’t we give Mudryk the opportunity to be the highest attacker, so he can make pacey runs in behind? He played some of his best football as a #10 but if we slide Cole Palmer in behind Mudryk, Noni on the right, and Gallagher on the left, we can give Mudryk the ability to use his pace to beat CB’s.
you really flip flop around the criticism of your videos. one week it’s “i’ll say what i want” next week it’s “im trying to put a positive spin on things”. you’re just bi polar at this point 😂
As a Chels fan, I have to say, I actually dislike many of our players. Never felt like that about many teams we have EVER had…and Kepa is coming back!
Finally, someone realize that Poch is not the problem. Lack of quality on the field, so we don't even have to talk about the bench. Every top team bring someone from the bench, that player makes a difference. The club owner is so smart they are looking at other strikers who are not even starters at small teams. The real Chelsea that I used to know, Jackson would have been 4th choice if even deserve to be on the bench. Motivating by making money in the future, they wasted so much money on Enzo and Calceido. Enzo can't shoot, dribble and defend. Calceido, same thing plus committing stupid foul. The club made only 2 good signings, Palmer and Malo Gusto.
Real question is NJ and NM ,did they really want to win tge game ?
I did a chelsea manager career on fifa and i had nkunku and gyokeres as a duo upfront and they were just trading the ballen dor, absolutely the right call george.
Viktor Gyökeres is the answer.. so glad somebody notices this, instead of the Osimhen hype
To hell with stats
Jackson ain’t him
I think Jackson needs someone like Watkins besides him.
Ye s , striker needed , but Goalkeeper too , this has to be addressed ‘ + new head of recruitment also , sort This OUT
You have hair now tf😂😭❤
I still think victor osihmen is more better than him George Benson Viktor gyokares can't handle the pressure in Chelsea let not forget psv is not Chelsea any day anytime i will pick victor osihmen ahead of him
I agree with you we have to find his best position but not striker& gyokeres is having only 1 year good but I think osimhen is still my priority
poch should leave chelsea imediately and jackson play wing and broja or modryk play has striker and chelsea should boycot playing FA cup completely if possible
New striker and shift Jackson to the wing, he is more effective there.
Chelsea fans are really boring 😔 and annoying 🤬
I'm very angry and disappointed when some Chelsea Fans claimed Jackson is still developing, he's above 22 years now. His age maids even bellow are smarter than him as Striker in other Clubs doing a fantastic job shooting hard balls, scoring goals in Barca, Real M, etc what are you talking about?. This statement of players still growing is very rampant within Chelsea Fans. Why did Chelsea signed him in the first place, was it to come to school or score goals?. Who Scouted him failed in his duty and should be replaced by a more experience technical football Scouter. This is nonsense, it shows how naïve those making such statement are when football is concern.
That's true Benson, Gyokeres will be the right strike for me too, i like the style of playing
100m for some random guy in a lower tier league.. this have already work for us in the past….
Though Chilwell is not a winger but Poch replacing Cucurella with Chilwell and Madueke with Mudryk when he could've kept Cucurella, bringing in Chilwell or Sterling on that left wing to support Cucurella with Fernandez making way. Mudryk should've started then replaced if not living up to expectation… My thoughts though
Tired a Manchester City and it was not three clear chances two of those chances were obvious, but really only the shot at the keeper was only chance, considering that Nicholas Jackson had sought of beaten the keeper wide but his pivot was off and made finishing difficult as the keeper knew he was not a good left footer, keepers are smart to they carry you where the angle is a disadvantage to the striker, the header was not bad header considering he used the right technique just it was close to the goal post and the keeper and a defender squeesing by, to score that he should of headed it more towards last post but where he got the ball that is the best header you could really see, so it was only really one clear chance probably the one he kicked directly at the Goalkeeper and he should have raised a the ball a little bit to beat the goalkeeper, the run pass like I said was not as easy as people make it out to be as received the ball when was the defender and goalkeeper the angle threw him off and header I explained is the best he could of done.
I’d take Guirassy over Gyokeres.
I analyzed it for 6 months watching Viktor Gyokerez, he is the perfect striker for Chelsea. Jackson as a sub. I dont think we need too much just clinical finishing
Jackson would do well on loan in the premier league he was showing that he can be fast and strong on The counter attack but fails on delivery he has good positioning to he needs some confidence and practice 1vs with the keeper, i probably think he should start over mudrky on the left wing he use to play lw before he moved to Chelsea and he has the speed and hold up to make a impact 🤷🏼♂️
How can you say the boys turned up when they lost to a shattered and exhausted Man City team that still out run, out fought and out scored them. It was a disgraceful performance and so was Man City's performance, but they had a very good and more than good performance hardly getting a break between games to rest while Chelsea could put their legs up. It was a disgraceful performance, not just from the team, but from the manager. How can you play Man City twice and one player save you from defeat in both games because they find him a handful and then bring him on in the last two minutes of full time and expect to do anything, but lose. He obviously thought Palmer was the answer forgetting that against the top 3 in all five against them in the Premier League, Palmer has contributed nothing, but one penalty, yet he is remembered as if he was responsible for not losing 4 of those games everybody predicted Chelsea would lose, and you can add the Tottenham game to that. Nobody is interested in facts, just what the media promote with an agenda that has nothing to do with football. There is nothing Palmer can do on the right wing Sterling cannot do better than Palmer, nothing in midfield Palmer can do Enzo cannot do better and nothing on the left wing Palmer can do Madueke cannot do better, yet he is a defensive liability and actually a comedian when it comes to defensive responsibilities and that is why Man City sold him. If Man City were not so exhausted they would have destroyed Chelsea if you understand that they beat them even when they were tired. Chelsea have to decide if they want to be a top table team or a mid table team now and then knocking on the door for the unwanted scraps of European football, because just like Man City, no top team will accept a player that is such a defensive liability to the team and why the team is so vulnerable to giving goals away, no matter how many goals he scores as that means if a goal is not scored by Chelsea, it will be scored by the opposition and so they will win meaning all you need is a low block to have a good chance of beating Chelsea. You know your goal is coming before the game starts. 7 goals leaked in 3 of their last Premier League matches where they could not defeat 2 teams bottom of the table because they simply put out a low block knowing goals will come their way such is the weakness of the Chelsea defense with Palmer at the very root of that weakness. Chelsea need to ask themselves if they need Palmer to score against weaker teams or can other players score while also putting up a better defense needed to win all the time, not draw and lose and win sometimes, and the simple answer is, yes they can. Chelsea also have to ask themselves if Palmer struggling to make any significant contribution in the games against the top teams needs to play as these insignificant contributions come with him being a defensive liability or can other players make a significant or even insignificant contribution like Palmer, but at least not be a defensive liability that Palmer is. This is all common sense you do not be a genius to work out, just like it does not take a genius to work out that both Palmer and Madueke have scored all the penalties they have taken and so there is nothing risky about Madueke taking penalties as well, yet everybody has been brainwashed to insist Palmer should take the penalty or it won't be scored. They say Palmer has almost single handedly carried this Chelsea team. Really? To where has he carried them, they are in no different position in the league they were last season. They may get a few scraps of European football, but they could also end up in a worse position in the league than they were last season. Would that mean he carried them to a worse position too last year? Can't believe the amount of nonsense I hear about Palmer the media have brain washed the public into so much that they have serious and unhealthy hate for other Chelsea players while the manager encourages it. Try putting together a 'Palmer goals' video and you'll go to sleep watching him taking penalties all day as 40 percent of his Premier League goals are penalties, penalties he did not win and penalties somebody else could have taken with the same result, including Madueke who would have done much more for this Chelsea team than Palmer with better results bearing in mind he is not a defensive liability, but he has been forced to sit on the bench and not been given the chance. Man City or any of the other top 3 teams would have certainly played Madueke before Palmer as they understand what it takes to be a top club and that to do that your players must be top of their game both offensively and defensively or their not playing as that is what is needed to win with consistency and what they don't want is the mid-table shenanigans you see with Chelsea. Chelsea need to stop letting the media pick their team and start thinking and behaving like a big club if they want to be a top club and that has to start with the manager and his staff, but they fail even at the basics and create the problems they are trying to solve. Man City must be laughing every time they hear media encouraged questions about if they regret selling Cole Palmer, while they win trebles without him and fight for top three spots with Chelsea languishing at mid table and unable to beat them when they are exhausted. They must have laughed harder when they saw Sterling their most feared player and who did them the most damage was not playing and even harder when they saw him being brought on with them at i-0 up and 2 minutes of full time to go. Peace and love
A massive club like Chelsea don´t have a prolific striker currently I cannot think far how sad we have fallen
Toney.
Truth is we use a striker as an attacking cam so having a striker who is also a ball player is the solution like Toney, Jesus, Dybala
Do we need to sell Enzo??? I think we do. Let’s keep Caicedo and Gallagher!!!
replace him with more defensive midfielders 👍
