Insane how many talents have been produced and lost. We should have a policy which make loaning out players a priority over selling them, if they are from the academy.

Most of them left in our worse era in term of youth management. The policy was already to loan them out (except for diaby and nkunku that basically needed to bring us money for FFP), but they forced their way out because they saw no future.
(Also note that some of them were sold because we trusted more other players of their generation, it’s easy 10 years later to say “you should have sold the other one”, for example Coman vs Ongenda, Maignan vs Areola, Adli vs Aouchiche…)
