      Villa a depleted side? City had Walker ,Stones ,Ake and Edison out injured and Haaaland and Kdb not playing,this host is talking trash again.

      Don brought up an interesting point, should Foden start in the 10 for England, and should Bellingham be dropped to a deeper position? I'm not sure its all that necessary to have Bellingham in the 10 when you have Foden,Grealish,Palmer and Maddison at your disposal.

      Dan, you're an idiot. 🤦🏾‍♂️ Of course KDB and Foden can play together and yes your research yielded that last season they pretty much didn't and Foden was benched foe the big games. Why's that tho? Oh, yes, there was a certain ilkay Gundogan last season; not a bad player was he? Now he's not there which means Foden replaces him in the team and in the role next to KDB so yes they absolutely can play together. Ahh Dan🤦🏾‍♂️

      Foden is fantastic player, hes very good when he plays as a second striker. But he doesnt have the temperaments to play as a mid fielder or playmaker. Hes everything to play as a second striker. So better city should find a very good mid fielder to replace kdb. Foden is not a person who can do that.

      Peps coaching has givenCity a truly remarkable group of players . Foden has developed to the point where he can easily replace De Bruyne but both players can play together. And there is more to come – The young Swede Bob is one to watch along with Doku . Eventually one can envisage City continuing their form without De Bruyne and Silva.

      Stop overhyping English kids.. Foden couldn't lace De Bruynes boots, he had one really good game and more than likely won't repeat the performance in the next few games at which stage ye will call him over hyped even though ye are the ones overhyping him. Let the kid play his game don't compare him to other players who have proven themselves because when he falls short his confidence will be gone.

      He’s a horrible midfielder though. When he plays in the midfield he has no interest in making anything happen unless he gets a through ball to shoot. He plays like a striker just deeper

      How is Gareth Southgate going to mess this all up? He's got Kane, Bellingham, Foden, Saka, Cole Palmer, Declan Rice, Bowen, Madison …..ALL good ball players, ALL who can play anywhere across midfield if needed.
      How is Gareth Southgate going to mess this up. This is just about as good a squad as I can remember. Possibly only the '66 World and the '96 Euro squads were better, but I'm not sure.

      So far since KDB has been back, grealish has been injured. So city almost HAVE to play foden on the wing because the backup wingers aren’t as good as him. Now that grealish is healthy and played very good against aston villa, I think pep will allow foden to play as the left CAM and KDB as the right CAM since he won’t be needed at the LW

      Y’all forgetting KDB was injured for 4 months and he only has been back since mid January … so he needs more time to get his feet under him

      Rank Phil Foden with Grealish as another comparison of English players…Phil is on a different level, and Jack is the party planner. City are a multi talented squad and the bar is high indeed. Phil Foden is becoming a player that simply does what others can't produce. The goal where he got knocked down, got back in a flash and scored is pure instinct…..

      Just before the international break they were all worshipping De Bruyne and how hed come back absolutely flying, now after a couple games suddenly he "hasnt been at his best this season" or "father time is catching up" my goodness these guys are reactionary

      If Foden gets injured its over for City. Haaland is useless and he has been found out . They laughed at Salah for being a one season wonder …
