Good comfortable win. Loads of improvement in their movement around the box especially. Compare this performance vs Villa where we hardly moved in the first half and we had to switch play frequently to break them apart. That’s a valid solution but here they’re visibly comfortable playing among the low block. Can tell where they’ve got that from (although it’s a bit taboo to say that today). Gotta feel for Bristol though, young team and they’re taking really solid steps for their women’s team. If they do end up going down I hope they come back up quickly.

Congrats to Katie Reid! Love our academy players and our girls’ academy seems to churn out CBs.

Fantastic win, especially against a team who play a low block. Great to see Wienroither back and getting stuck in. And what a debut for Reid, some really good defending and a fantastic ball to Stina that almost ended in an assist. Oh I hope she gets to play more often, she looked so damn happy

Glad we got le clean sheet today. Very comfortable win, sad there were no hattrick today but everyone did well. So happy to Laura back on the pitch and it was nice seeing our youngster Kaite play as well. Hopefully we get more games with both Katie and Lia.

Although it was very one sided, I really enjoyed this match, everyone played really well and it was great to see Laura back and Katie’s debut.

  7. Loved the performance today! Good thing to watch after having to sit through the entire Villa game lol.

I just have one gripe though: what’s with all the hate towards Beth Mead being tossed around on Twitter? Yes I know it’s Twitter and all that but why her…?
