  1. Knew Brighton didn’t have a chance when to ref stop a promising Brighton attack for a shoulder injury that wasn’t a foul, player jump up after play was stopped and complain about having to go off.

  2. Ref was not great, I’ve been to ALOT of Brighton matches, and I’m a season ticket holder, so I’ve seen quite a few matches where I felt the ref was biased. A good example would be Tottenham away last season, absolutely terrible. Anyway, I wasn’t expecting a win and I was expecting the ref to be biased but I was still surprised, Arsenal players diving everywhere, if we so much as breathed on one of their players it was free kick. COME ON BRIGHTON 💙🤍

  3. It's a penalty all day, just like Doku's high boots on MC Allister and Odegaard's handball against Liverpool. Oh, the double standards, too much subjectivity.

  4. It's a ref interpretation, as to whether Lamptey really got the ball, or basically disabled the attacker by sweeping his legs away. That he did touch the ball in the process is what's bringing it under scrutiny, and the decision is that just touching the ball in the tackle doesn't excuse taking the player's legs away.
