I am sure that Gareth is a nice, friendly man.
As the England Manager he has been very careful with his selections and formations and does seem to favour players with little or no current form like Maguire, Henderson and Phillips. He has not yet won any trophies. Lacks tactical nous.
On the positives, he talks well and the Press like him.
I think that Man Utd if they want a change, would need a man who favours and encourages attacking football and can inspire players and Gareth is not that man, never will be.
