  1. Manchester United ghosted him cause of Ten Hag… He had signed under on a 1 year extention only for Ten Hag to pull it apart … thing is also he was happy at Manchester as living there too imo Defenders some times made his job hard that's why he gotten blamed on conceding

  2. It’s a shame that he was let go yet Harry maguire still there slow clumsy bad touch bad passer and and his mind and position of course your a bad distributor of the ball if you can to 3 defenders

  3. He’s completed life bro. World class keeper at his peak, many trophies won, club legend at United, essentially retired at 32, millions upon millions in the bank and can spend as much time as he likes with friends and family. Honestly I have to give him my respect.

  4. I think he had enough of football for a while. He had such a dry spell at United, he was probably the only reason why they could stay in the top 6.

  5. Why we ever sold/released him is beyond me! Even before Onana landed in Manchester and touched the Old Trafford pitch, did I know that he was s***. Plus I even heard Eleche as a De Gea rumours. 😂

  6. Utd showed no loyalty whatsoever.
He was their player of the season for multiple seasons, he carried them for so long.
Form dipped, and they just discarded him.

  7. Why not just enjoy life. He's got plenty of money and there's life beyond football. Go enjoy it I say. I highly doubt he's not wanted by clubs – he must be turning them all (most) down.

  8. Football is just a part of life.. it’s not life. Why is it so strange that someone decides to just stop playing? To me he always looked like a guy that enjoys other things in life as well. Not that strange to me..

  9. United were just absolute dog shit for years and he was by far their best player and kept them from finishing near the relegation/bottom third

  10. A mental break and he deserves it after some awful years at united with managers coming and going the team up and down then the question over the owners etc

  11. It’s not a fall from grace if he’s chose it, which it appears he has. I’m a Liverpool fan and even I’ll admit he’s been a worldie for years and has as long left in him as he chooses. But he’s been on half a mil a week for almost a decade, I don’t think he’s in a rush to find a job
