ex Kilmarnock , I would sign Motherwell's keeper Kelly and Scanlon from Hibs to operate at the back , we all know when a player pulls on a Celtic top they seem to play much better , and with their surnames they are both Tims , or I'm a Hun , ( God forbid ) . We are very parochial. If you watch any leagues throughout Europe the standard isnt any better. England with 4 years more experience of VAR and full time refs have as many bizarre decisions as we do
