  1. He will allow our more attacking minded players to focus their efforts higher up the field sure in the knowledge that he will be providing adequate cover in midfield….he is consistent, when fit and will improve our squad, especially in the latter stages of our european campaign…..maintaining his match ready fitness may be my only concern?

  2. Fkall! Thats what he brings.be injured withing 3 games!. Moyes has been fantasizing over these deal for couple seasons now and he even thinks that he can get Phillips 'back to his best' and revitalise him!. Absolute crock of 💩!.

  3. The appointment of Phillips is a positive development for our midfield, I’ve said we needed a credible cover for Alvarez for when he’s injured or band, Phillips is more than credible, if Moyes could play them alongside each other, that would be the perfect midfield pairing for our ambitions

  4. I keep hearing how Kalvin hasn't played many matches. But isn't practicing against the best players in the world everyday a positive? As for his shoulder injury when he first arrived in Man City how often before that did he get hurt. And since then he has been healthy unless you count "being overweight" after returning from the World Cup. He is going to have the chance to show his talent the rest of the season for West Ham and I can't wait to see it on display once again like he did at Leeds.

  5. Tbf, Kalvin was a bit of a butterball last season. He’s not this season tho. And if he stays fit he makes us a deeper, better side. Simple as that.
