Also yes there have been other french players in Bayern, most notably Franck Ribery who was one of the best wingers, if not players of his generation. He had his prime in 2013 arguably deserving the Ballon D'or but unluckily Cristiano Ronaldo was voted the winner. You should check him out AS comps has a fire video for him too.
Ribery, Pavard, Tolisso, Hernandez, Sagnol, Lizarazu and Papin (1991 Ballon d'or winner) are the only French Bayern players that come to mind, Ribery ofcourse being the most iconic one to wear a Bayern shirt
Fun fact: Coman won 8 league titles in his 8 seasons as a pro so far, he literally never expirienced what it feels like to not win the league. Ofcourse he also won the champions league and at just 20 years old he already won the Italian league (with Juventus), the french league (with PSG) and the Bundesliga. If he manages to win La Liga and the prem too he'd be the first player in history to win each of the top 5 leagues 🤯
