  1. Good stuff FK. Granit obviously wants to leave this summer, letting him go is fine but only, if we replace him with someone who has a) a better skillset or b) is a different type of profile and Ruben Neves is neither. Paying £15m to effectively weaken our first XI without addressing a single problem area fills me with a ton of anxiety for this upcoming transfer window. Recently watched the 2nd Wolves game back again and Neves got dominated pretty bad by Xhaka and Partey in that 1st half before the red card. He didn't cover Semedo, which led to Pepe's goal. Anyway, all we can do is hope Edu has his priorities sorted this time. Crucial time for the club.

  2. I honestly don't understand how some fans don't rate Xhaka and are so hostile towards him that he feels unwanted. He's our most important player, we should add midfielders not replace them

  3. He’s almost a carbon copy of Xhaka with maybe a slight advantage in areas of defence and a better striker of the ball based on his performance in previous seasons. He is younger yes, so are we going to pay £20m on top of the money we’ll receive for an outgoing Xhaka? It’s not bad business but you would hope for something better. I am happy but not ecstatic about it.

  4. Another great breakdown, FK! He seems very similar to Xhaka in type. Maybe too similar. Think we need someone more dynamic but I can understand why we'd look at him.
